White sand, that is. The echoes of tropical beaches and the promise of blue skies, warm weather, crystal clear water and a relaxing time. I'm fortunate enough to live near some amazing white beaches and always enjoy photographing them.

White sand beaches have a particular appeal to me because they represent this tropical idyl I imagined in my mind when I lived in the UK. Most of the local white sand beaches here in the south coast are concentrated within one relatively small area - Jervis Bay and most of these shots were taken of beaches in the bay or nearby.

For the last 16 years I’ve been photographing, blogging (and more recently vlogging) about everything I find, see and enjoy here in South Coast, New South Wales.
