Stormy Sunset at Black Head

Sometimes I go out with the express intention of photographing something and sometimes I just got out and happen to have my camera with me. Last night we went out whale spotting and I happened to have my camera with me as the day served up a brief but dramatic show of sunset colour.

Location

Black Head Reserve is the spit of land that projects out into the ocean at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. There’s a grassy area here where you can chill out or you can walk down onto the rock shelf to go fishing or, you know, take photographs.
