Sunrise at Kiama and Fire Lights the Sky at the Lighthouse

We’ve been having some incredible skies here lately and the forecast was on again this morning for a bit of fire upstairs. So I decided to head north and photograph Blowhole Point and the famous lighthouse.

For the last 16 years I’ve been photographing, blogging (and more recently vlogging) about everything I find, see and enjoy here in South Coast, New South Wales. Shooting through the dune grass towards the setting sun makes lovely abstract shots with a peaceful vibe to them.

If I had to pick one photo that summed up what it's like to be on Seven Mile Beach at sunset, it would probably be this.
