Summer Sunrise on Seven

Been a bit slack with the sunrises lately, but I checked the cloud forecast last night and reckoned there was a good chance for some colourful skies. So I set the alarm for 5am and was on the beach by 5:15am. As I hoped the skies were already starting to colour up even 45 minutes before sunrise and I took some long exposures using a driftwood tree branch for foreground interest. Then after sunrise I went down to the river and enjoyed the golden hour light and peaceful vibes.

For the last 16 years I’ve been photographing, blogging (and more recently vlogging) about everything I find, see and enjoy here in South Coast, New South Wales. This is my blogging site focused on my hobby (and part-time job) of photography. Please enjoy my little writing and my photography and I’d love to hear your feedback.
