Dolphins for Days on Seven Mile Beach
As we ease into the winter months the temperatures have fallen but Seven Mile Beach is as beautiful as ever, particularly when the dolphins show up.
Set the alarm for early this morning and headed down to my local beach in the expectations of some good sunrise colour. And while the cloud didn’t really show up to the party, the dolphins appearance just as the sun rose above the horizon did make up for it. Lots of sea mist due to the ocean being warmer than the land and I certainly wondered if I’d be better off in a wetsuit than a hoodie as the 6º temps were a bit of a shock to the system after such a mild autumn.
