Sometimes I give myself a bit more time to get somewhere cool for sunset and that was the case on Thursday evening. I could see that we were likely to get a colourful sky so I headed out two hours before sunset in order to get through Nowra before peak rush hour. I headed down to Green Patch Beach in Booderee National Park and enjoyed a colourful and peaceful sunset on this amazing bit of coastline.
Green Patch is one of the most popular beaches in Booderee National Park on the southern side of Jervis Bay. Thanks to a large campground and conditions that are never less than benign it’s a really popular location for families who enjoy the pristine white sand and little beach-side creek.
