Last night I headed out mainly because I just fancied going out – not because I had any great expectations for sunset. There was lots of low level cloud about, no mid or high level and it was pretty windy. But as it turned out there was a little bit of colour in the sky and, as always, it was great just be on the beach.
Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa is my ‘go to’ beach as it’s a short drive from my house and offers a flexible number of landscapes in one small area. You can shoot on the beach, on the reserve by the boat ramp, over the rocks behind Crooked River or round the corner at Black Head.
